House rules


  • No smoking: Guests are not permitted to smoke in the property. Smoking inside our premises will result in a £150 fine which will be automatically charged from the card details used for security deposit. however, please feel free to use the outside areas and the ashtray provided.
  • No drugs: Possession and use of any drugs in the property is strictly forbidden. Any guests in breach of this rule will be removed from the property with immediate effect and we be charged a £300 fine which will be automatically charged from the card details used for security deposit.
  • No parties or events: Guests are not permitted to host any parties or events inside our premises. Any parties or events inside our premises without prior written consent will result in a £250 fine which will be automatically charged from the card details used for security deposit.
  • No pets: Guests are not permitted to have pets or permit the access of any pets within the property. Pets inside our premises will result in a £150 fine which will be automatically charged from the card details used for security deposit. 
  • Please be respectful of the local residents and neighbours, and please keep the noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 pm.
  • At the end of your stay please leave the property in a reasonable state and ensure all your belongings have been taken with you.
  • We kindly ask you to take extra care of your keys, do not give the keys or the key code to anyone else during your stay.
  • Please do not rearrange the furniture and take care of the furnishings.
